Payment/Reservations: If the reservation date is less than 30 days from the scheduled rental date, the full payment of the Total Balance is required at Reservation. If the reservation date is more than 30 days from the scheduled rental date, 50% of the Total Balance is required as a Deposit at Reservation and the remaining amount is due at least 30 days prior to the scheduled rental date or your Reservation will be cancelled without refund.

Cancellation: For Reservations involving only 1 property, your Deposit will be refunded (less a $50 processing fee) if you cancel in writing at least 30 days prior to the date of the original scheduled rental. If your Reservation involves 2 or more properties then your Deposit will only be refunded (less a $100 processing fee) if you cancel in writing at least 120 days prior to
the date of the original scheduled rental.

Changing Dates: For Reservations involving only 1 property you may request in writing to change the date of a scheduled rental by the payment of a $50 processing fee. If 2 or more properties are being rented you may request in writing to change the date of a scheduled rental by the payment of a $100 processing fee.
